Moved in to Eagles View as Home Owner on November 7th 2007 and was one of the First Arctic Lane Homeowners.  Was president of the board for 2 months until I saw that Board Members were not following By-Laws verbatum.  (Non- Howeowners allowed to attend and speak/hold floor time at boardmember ownly meetings) ($42K from previous treasurer not immediatly turned over to our new board, I wanted to involve police but was struck down.) (I had picked and had new attorney to represent the legal aspects of the board given the current attorney was not adhering to the letter of the by-laws)  These along with other reasons is why I resigned.

I continuously monitor and was the catalyst behind the latest arrests of subjects on Arctic Lane (Last Three I've Worked with Detective Fox of SPD.)

I am retired and have time to monitor the development from my home which is the last home before leaving the back of our development. I've found that cooperation goes a long way towards success.  The current board is lacking cooperation with tride and true Homeowners with true stake in the wellbeing of our development.
