His background includes the following certifications: Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), TRX- Suspension Training, CPR and AED.

Q’s experience includes working with such high-ranking facilities as Arena District Athletice Club, Grant Riverside Hospital, Ortho Neuro Physical Therapist and Honda of America. His focus is implementing the most effective full-body endurance workouts that target individual muscles and will not only deliver results, but burn calories, tighten those untrained muscles, increase stamina, and also improve your awareness and your mental focus.
