My 2nd Basset Hound - Cooper

Because of the Basset Hound growing up in Allentown - I of course had to get another. But this time, I had to ''adopt'' the dog from a family in the Military who was relocating. This dog is with me now - his name is Cooper - and is a healthy 4 years old. He loves attention, pampering, and eats well. My First Basset Hound was named Bello; 12 years in the house - tan, black, and some white.

I was horrified to find out at the Stanton Post Office - that a Basset Hound - looking like Bello - was a Poster ''child'' for being the most vicious dog to mail carriers. Do you believe that? A watch dog yes - but vicious to mail carriers?
