Jim & Pat coordinate the Candlewood Pond 1 Association and pond maintenance.  Jim was one of the first homeowners on the pond (1977) and Pat joined in on the fun when they married in 1984.  Four children and one dog (Molly) greatly enjoyed this pond over the years and now we work to keep it enjoyable for generations to come!

Jim is retired after 37 years in the retail grocery industry and Pat works for the City of Brooklyn Park in coordinating the Youth Opportunities Coalition (bringing the community together for positive youth development).  If you are or have a teenager, check out the Brooklyn Park youth website www.brooklynparkyouth.com!
