Leslie and Andy Maltz

Leslie Maltz is the President of the Magnolia Woods - Sherman Oaks Residents' Association. Andy and Leslie bought their home in 1989 and absolutely love their neighborhood. Andy Maltz is the Treasurer for the Association.

Haley, 13 and D.J., 10

Haley has just recently begun her babysitting career, so if you live in the area and are looking for a good, reliable babysitter, you may want to give her a try.

D.J. is an avid reader and swordsman. His hope is to play Eragon in the upcoming film and that his swordfighting classes will pay off and land him the role. p.s. If you know someone in the biz who's working on the film, let us know!

Mary

If you see a black dog running around the neighborhood, don't be alarmed, it's just our very friendly (and energetic) Mary. When she gets the chance to escape and run freely, she DOES! She always comes home and I stopped trying to gather her, she only runs faster. She's harmless to people - but has a tendency to be skittish with other dogs since she was attacked by one a couple of years ago.
