Hi neighbors, my name is Martin Rubin. Above is a picture of our cat wearing shoes and socks. He is a very sweet cat.
My community involvement was sparked by a local environmental issue, jet fumes from the Santa Monica Airport polluting our neighborhood air quality. Since about 1995, I have been involved in trying to correct this intolerable situation.

We love to garden.

Joan and I love to garden, and we have been composting for over ten years. Gardening is a vast world with so many possible adventures. We grow flowers as well as fruit and vegetables. It is very rewarding, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend trying it.
