I am a dedicated 'Professional Realtor'. My skills go far beyond just Real Estate. I've been in sales all my life and am a true negotiator and people person. I am a go-getter, always thinking outside the box. My  friends give me the 'Energizer Bunny Award', because they say I keep going, and going, with my postive attitude and high spirits. My competitiveness from my former LPGA Golf Professional days are what sets me apart from my competition. I played on the LPGA tour from 1980-89, and presently play just a few times on the Ladies Sr. Tour during the summer. I love all sports, have an expertise in networking and marketing, have great computer skills, and have the old fashioned attitude of always using the "Golden Rule...do unto others, as you'd have them do unto you!" I have a strong work ethic, I know what it takes to be the best at what you do!

I've been married for 27 years to the same wonderful Christian husband and we have an awesome 21 year old son. He's 6'7" and a great golfer, basketball player, ballroom dancer & plays guitar for our church.

I started this Career to help my clients! I like to win!!... (finding you that perfect home or getting you the highest price for your home) I've moved myself 7 times in the last 11 years, so I can relate to my clients with their emotions and stress that goes along with the buying and selling process! I will help everything go smoothly! 

Sellers...I am an Accredited Staging Professional. I help my Sellers spruce up their home, by putting things away and moving furniture around, to make it look more appealing to buyers, before we put it on the market, so it'll sell faster for more $$.  Check out my featured listings on www.realtor.com.  I spend alot of extra $$ on my Internet Advertising, and it pays. I get MANY emails from local and out -of-town buyers, because of my extra Pictures, Text, Virtual Tours, and the fact that they can personally reach me! If you want your home to SELL, make sure your agent advertises heavily with www.realtor.com, it's the #1 website buyers look at first before working with an agent! I don't just list homes.....   I help SELL THEM!

Buyers....Did you know it doesn't cost you anything to work with a Professional Realtor that KNOWS the areas and the neighborhood prices. I KNOW the Southside-Jacksonville Area. I pride myself in knowing the inventory of homes...by previewing anywhere from 10-30 homes a week in all the different neighborhoods! I can email you listings on the computer, to help save your precious time by not physically looking at homes that you wouldn't like.
