Resident of East Loyola

Greetings, Neighbors. We have been in the same house on E. Loyola since December 1984. A neighbor and I started the first blockwatch around 1994 by gathering the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of the E. Loyola block between Rural and Terrace. We obtained blockwatch signs and stickers and had a couple of gatherings. The Rural/Geneva Blockwatch group has taken it up to another level. Keep up the good work!
