Twin Brooks Townhome Community is located off the North end of Franklin Gateway, between I-75 and South Marietta Pkwy. 

Twin Brooks is a private resident-owned community which promotes and supports friendly, positive, safe and beautiful homes for all families, neighbors and the Marietta community at large. 

Our residents are comprised of retired adults, working adults both single & married and small families.  We take pride in our community year-round by ensuring that our main entrance remain litter-free and well landscaped.
