New Board or Old Board ?????

Before I start let me say I am not a part of the old board nor am I a part of the new board.I am part of the community we live in.

Now is it me or do all of you notice that since the old board stepped down and the new board was elected that there have been no post to this board.

Not one complaint. Why you may ask. Because the person that did the complaining and posting is now part of the board.

As a community ask your self this question. Do you want a person serving on your board who will do anything to discredit another persons character and post lies just to be on the board ????

I am dying to see what position she gets. Some one made a comment about the previous board being a dictatorship. What type of roll model is this person whom I will leave nameless (Pines) that will badger a person until they quit. Who starts their own crusade based on lies and deceit?

No one deserves this. So again ask yourself the question why would you elect someone willing to be sneaky and underhanded ?? The bylaws and rules of the HOA clearly state that no one having any violation of the deed restrictions shall run nor serve on the HOA. Clearly she has several violations and I am not talking about leaving the trash cans out.

I guaranteed you that when she starts serving on the board she will go after you for every little petty infraction she can find. And ask yourself how much is this going to cost us now ?
