Our Community is having difficulty removing our Developer from the HOA board. Homeowners have had to take money out of their own pockets to send to all homeowners the bylaw and CCR's to support the fact that the people who were elected get seated on the board. The developer Carrier Homebuilders didnt cast a vote or give proxies to the management company to support that fact that they were voting in this election. It is a shame that there is no way without alot of money to be able to get this straightened out. We shall see. I am hoping that alot of the homeowners go to this website and add something after reading the paperwork sent out to them by concerned homeowners.

What does not help is that the personnel of Carrier Homebuilders consist of people who are nonresponsive or unfriendly to the homeowners of the community. It is an unfortunate situation, I agree...and I hope it can be overcome one day. |

I can respect the homebuilders desire to still take part, but if you are not a resident of the neighborhood I do not see how you can truly have an interest. I feel that if you own multiple lots you should not have an increased vote. I hope the residents take a stand and vote out the homebuilders. I still am amazed that we have a management company. This is such a small neighborhood that now we are seeing are money wasted on two signs (which look ok except seeing the poles below that they sit on), drainage ditches, and now a management company. Still nothing for the residents. |

I am also not aware of what you mean by drainage ditches. Again, that seems to be something you should put on the website. You seem displeased as I am. Put your displeasures on the website for the Directors to see. Hopefully, with more homeowners do that, we can have a better HOA.
The Developers were suppose to put up the signs, but they said they wouldnt. There is no subvisision that the HOA has to put up their own signs in order to be kept separate from Gann Ranch. Our neighborhood is of a higher standand than Gann Ranch and therefore the Monuments set us apart. I, for one, do not want to be associated with Gann Ranch when I sell my home. Do you?
If you have read the paperwork sent out by concerned homeowners, you will see that we are trying have the proper board presiding. The new bogus election is only to cover up the Developers errors by not submitting proxies or casting votes. the only way to get them off the Board is to stand together. Where do you stand? |
