Self Inflicted Pain
Truth is, the thing that has stayed the same is the young people's need for adult comradery. For leadership that is positive and offered in a manner of true concern. Offered just as friends, but with a level of authority that will say in times of need, ''I can't allow you to hurt yourself.''

Individual Needs
Thank you for the lessons, but as corporate entities had to learn we too must learn that generalizations sometimes take our focus away from individuals. These are the focus of change. Though their conditions remain the same as they have been, let us not apply the same solutions as have been given before. Lets review the one's that have worked, and re-use them. Then let us look to the current individual situations and apply what is needed.
