I walk to the 82nd stop max every morning about 4:15 AM. On the way I pass Les Schwab and Banfield Pet Hospital and every morning both places have their automatic sprinklers going. The water is overflowing on to the sidewalks and streets and some water is sprinkling directly on to the sidewalks. This seems like quite a waste. Does anyone know how to get a hold of building managers or whatever to report this?
