8th & High Prairie

Neighbors on 8th St and High Prairie Dr in the Highland Heights Sub-Division of the City of Dell Rapids.  The first informational meeting was held on August 29, 2009.  Deputy Olsen came out to explain how the program works.  Neighbors not able to attend can contact Kristy Roemen to get details and window decals.  The Sheriff's Department is looking into possible grant money to purchase signs designating "Neighborhood Watch" areas. 

Household information sheets were handed out along with window decals.  The information collected will be used to help neighbors and law enforcement to locate neighborhood residents should something not seem right.
