The answer to this question is: We are an old association in Sun City West, AZ but in the past four years have become the source of information for the over 100-homeowners groups in our area. With a staffed office, a library of information, all forms necessary for our members, and data on House & Senate bills concerning our groups, we now perform a needed service to our members. Our main interest is in the education of our member groups Board of Directors through our newsletter, the INFORMER, and seminars every first Wednesday of the month. Should you have questions, or problems, contact our office in the PORA building or call (623) #214-6006 for service.
The purpose of our Association is to gather and disseminate information
that will assist our member Associations in managing their affairs.
To this end we have considerable information with regard to condominium law, how to incorporate, revising C.C.&R’s, all Arizona Revised Statutes, as well as House and Senate Bills that pertain to our groups. Our “Reference Manual", given to each Chairman, has many aspects of running an Association.
We work with other Associations in the area in our fight against legislation affecting our life style, as well as with members of Arizona House of Representatives and the Senate
Our Board of Directors deal with legislative matters, water resources, long range planning, insurance, etc.
To keep our members up-to-date we publish a monthly newsletter the INFORMER, and also communicate via our website. By this means we advise of the educational seminars we sponsor monthly.
Our office, in the PORA building. Is open to all members in need of information. We receive many walk-ins, and phone calls, daily from newly elected Board members who need some guidance.
Stop by the office and take advantage of the resource materials, articles,
books, etc. that are available to you and your Association.
