DNS will be made aware of the apparent overcrowding situation this week.
Also the vacancy at the property at 433 North 39th Street and it's condition, is the result of what's been heard by neighbors who have contact with the owners of it as a nasty divorce. It may be taken over by one of the parties, sold and the profits split, or let go for forclosure. It probably depends of the outcome of the Divorce.
Still there is no excuse for leaving it in such horrible condition.
The City has been notified and issued a clean up order 60 or 90 days-there will be a call made to the Alderman to expedite this.
