The Colonial Apartments are worse than a McDs! There is graffitti and trash all over that place.

I would agree that trying to take pictures is not very bright. Might not get you killed, but would probably get your house or vehicle vandalized. I would suggest that you continue calling the police. Put the pressure on them and keep it on. Try to get license plate numbers of vehicles coming and going from these suspected drug houses. Also how long are the vehicles staying at the house. Basically any and all information you can gather.
APD can run the license plate number(s) and find out who the vehicle is registered too. Chances are some of these people will be known drug users. Then they have no excuse not start watching the house. If APD won't help you. I probably can. Just let me know.....

Call

If people don't do SOMETHING, take pictures, call the police, join a watch group, nothing will happen. Calling code enfocement and making them clean up their yard has worked in some cases. They don't want the attention, so either they move or they have the cleanest drug house in the city. We've seen several move just from code enforcement bugging them.
