Who crashed into the brick pillar at Laurel Circle and Millersville Rd.  It only happened within the week and it was hit by a Mercury.  It would appear that whoever hit it would probably have been injured.  Does anyone know who did it and if they are planning to get it fixed.  Accidents can and do happen.  It would be nice if we could all pitch in and help get it fixed.  That concrete cap is going to weigh a ton.  When is the next DNA meeting?
