As a member of this corporation it should be noted that ALL members of the Crofton Maintenance Association are liable for all debts and/or liabilities for that corporation.

Detailed financial statements include ALL financial transactions not just the one's selected to report,i.e. if snow removal is reimburst 75% ( Avobe 4") and we pay $1,000.00 for that removal than when the county reimbursts us the $750.00 it has to be shown in revenue. Also ALL revenue and expenses must be shown on a financial statement. We need to know how these figures are posted.

Also a a member of this corporation we all have a right to see what our obligations and income are and where they come from.
