So I was wondering if the prices in Middletown Village could potentially go above 300K...I know that many have cashed out already, and I wonder why we haven't yet...what is keeping us in Middletown Village right now??

300k, closer than you think!
There are currently single family homes listed well into the 300's, so it's only a matter of time before the values approach the 300-mark. However, the US housing marking is slowing, but not really by too much in our area. The house accross the street from me went for close to 300, so it's only a matter of time before we see this as the norm. |
