For those of us who signed up to receive copies of selected documents that were displayed at the HOA meeting, when might we expect to be contacted?

Mr. Gabehart...I will be getting those documents to those homeowners that requested them in the next week or so. I have been very busy at work and with other projects and just haven't had time. I apologize for the delay. Can you tell me exactly which documents that you wanted copies of? Maybe I can get to them sooner if I know exactly which ones you want. Again, I apologize!

Just wondering if homeowners will receive a copy of the minutes from the HOA meeting, unfortunately some of us had to work and could not attend. Thank you.

Annual Meeting Minutes

In order to keep costs(printing and mailing)down, we are not providing minutes to each homeowner. However, if you do want a copy of the minutes, please contact a board member directly and you will be provided with a copy.
