Cheese Ball

1 8oz cream cheese square (best if you let it reach almost room temperature
before stating)
3 cups shredded cheddar, works best with the fancy thin shredded
style(cobly/jack will also work)
1 sm can diced green chillis
3/4 to 1 cup ground walnuts
dash of garlic powder
dash of tabasco or red hot sauce

Mix all ingredients together. It will mix better if you use your hand.
After mixing the ingredients thoroughly, shape in to two balls and rull in
ground nuts. (One large ball can also be made.)
Wrap in saran wrap, place in fridge.

Let sit in fridge 24 to 36 hours before serving. If possible, remove from
fridge 1/2 hour before use so it is easier to spread on crackers.

Alice's Punch

1 16oz frozen OJ
1 12oz frozen lemondade
1 2 litre bottle gingerale
1 pint lime shebert
Thaw the OJ and Lemonade in the fridge. Combine OJ, Lemonade and Gingerale in large punch bowl. Add the sherbert. (Works great if you scoop it out using an icecream scoop.)
