There is going to come a day when the present political dynamic will not be ''in play''. And during that time, there will be a very controversial proposition to introduce into the Alta Vista Neighborhood something that is very bad, such as a drug-rehab clinic, a ''homeless'' shelter or even better, half-way ''housing'' for sex-offenders.
And when that time comes, I am going to remember the past and as an active element within the Beacon Hill Neighborhood, I am going to advocate that it is best for ''all concerned'' that Alta Vista should have that half-way house or drug-rehab center located within Alta Vista.
And if AnyOne should ask me why it is that I would advocate harming the Alta Vista Neighborhood, or if they should try to persuade me that Beacon Hill and Alta Vista should ''work together'' to keeps both our Neighborhoods safe, I am going to remind them of the summer of '01, when Alta Vista went around and supported bad things in the Beacon Hill Neighborhood.
What comes around goes around, and also you won't be able to use the ''MidTown Neighborhood's Plan'' as a shield anymore either. Not ever. I will make sure of it.
