What's all this stuff about Lao Tsu? Who cares what he has to say, he's from CHINA! Where you can't have more than two kids and they make you get an abortion and send you to jail if you did. AND if they catch you with drugs, they kill you right there and then, and then send your parents a bill for the cost of the bullet they used to shoot you with.

HEY! Maybe that's why Fred is always quoting Lao Tsu, the Chinese guy. Maybe Fred is send a message that we should stop our Neighbors from having too many babies and if they get caught with drugs they should get killed right there and then.
