Does anybody know why all the sudden JR moved out of the addition? He posted that they would be out by April 1st. This was when he resigned from the HOA board. Did they walk away from their home or are they going to rent it out? If I remeber correctly, rentals were one of the things on his list.
I am just curious because it was not all that long ago that he was driving around taking pictures of things in the neighborhood he did not approve of. He was threatening differant residents with law suits if they did not do things exactly the way the covenants stated.
I hope wherever he moves to, he can have things his way. Maybe everyone of his new neighbors will conform to the way he feels they should live their lives and maintain their property. I also hope the new board members will understand that people work very hard to have what they do. I hope they will understand that our covenants should not dictate how we live. The covenants should be a guide as to what we do to our property. You have to have some reasoning capabilities when you interpret things. Otherwise the people you represent will end up resenting you. When people have stoves and refrigerators on their porch, cars on blocks, then start complaining. If people are maintaining their property, keep your noses out of their business.
I am just curious. Did they fall on hard times or just do the ultimate, I am taking my ball and going home because you would not play by my rules?
