Silver Birch Drive, consists of custom homes built by individual builders. All the homes are considered Amberwood Development.
Amberwood is a deeded community. It has tailored deed restrictions. Although, restrictions may seem unnecessary or bothersome they serve a great need.
It is important to retain the surrounding, as well as, private properties. This will help insure a clean, well kept development. This will keep property values at/or above common market value.
AMB Corporation, is responsible for the upkeep of common areas. This includes snow removal, grass cutting, the tot lot, ponds etc. The costs of these services are bid on by individual contractors. The money used for services or improvements comes from the homeowner assessment fees. These fees are reviewed every year at an annual meeting. These meetings generally occur in May. The annual budget meeting Fri Feb. 29, 2008 at Troop 2 on Route 40. Please attend and bring your proxy with you.
There were fewer expenses this year. No snow, so we saved some bucks.
Please note: the dues are reduced for 2008. The new amount will be $ 290.00.
