County Assessments Bill is Due...

Hello:
The annual assessment bill has been sent to all home owners. Please take note ( and be Happy ) that is pro rated to 250.00. The original amount was 290.00, we are doing our best to keep costs down.

Please make mention that the bill is has been adjusted because the county is moving the billing period from June to March.

This will force us to move our annual meeting to December.
