Hi My name is Gemma Przybek, I am an Andorra resident and have experinced problems with a neighbor showing no consideration or integrity with regards to their overgrown trees and vegitation hanging over my yard and going beyond their zoning area. I would like to seen the residents bring back the Andorra Civic Association meetings that were held in the past at the Houston Playground.
