I am talking about the dog on Mystic.  I will attempt to talk to one of the dog owners if I see them out again.  I don't often see them out but the dog is out every day.

You should feed to owner to your big dogs, not the little dog!  If a parent is negligent the state takes the child from the parent and places her/him in a safer environment and doesn't run the child over or feed it to the hungry...seriously if the dog is at fault for being a dog maybe you should sit down with it and have a reasonable conversation(do you have a bumper sticker that says my kid beat up your honor student)!

Animal Control Equals Radial Tire!  Don't wreck a vehicle for a dog, the car wins every time.  Owner has no legal standing according to City of Fort Worth ordinances.
