Ansley Park

I wanted to run an official 5K, however I couldn't get it together.  Now, as default, I will be taking a regular run through our neighborhood.  I start at Rachel Way stop sign and head toward the construction site, up through Snapfinger and out to Barnett Shoals.  The route is approximately 5K.  I will have children and dog in tow.  If you want to join me for this impromptu Thanksgiving 5K I will be starting at 12:30 (after the Macy's Parade).  Hope to see you there and have a blessed Thanksgiving.

Well........ the weather was great for a 5K.  Now that all the sponsors have gone and the awards have been given out (I got 1st pace in my age category) I hope you all have a wonderful holiday.  I plan on running again on Saturday if anyone is interested.

Ooooohhh, I am so not a runner.  Too fat.  Maybe if I ran a bit then it would be easier.

Sorry I missed this, the holidays kept me so busy!! What a great idea. If you set up anything like this again let me know & I'll send out an email ahead of time.
