I thought I should share my turkey chili recipe. I got it from the American Heart Association cookbook a few years back.
One pound ground turkey, browned & drained
Two 14.5oz cans kidney beans
One 28(?)oz can diced tomatoes (or if you like larger pieces, get whole tomatoes & cut them)
One 8(?)oz can low sodium tomato paste
3 Tblsps Chili powder
1 Tblsp Ground cumin
Garlic- fresh or powdered to taste
Bring to a boil, stir, simmer 20 minutes
I sometimes put a dash of onion powder, but if you like onions you could add diced onion to the recipe
