Hello, I am new to this website.  I have a question about a tree that is in my neighbors front yard.  The tree pears fall all over the cars in my driveway and even my car that is parked in front of my house.  They cut the branches at the bottom, but that appears to have made the situation worse.  I am not sure what I can do to rectify this situation, other than not parking my car by my house.  Any suggestions.
