Welcome to Apple Valley!

We want to extend a special welcome to you, a new homeowner in Apple Valley. Apple Valley was first developed in the 1970’s, and now has approximately 436 homes.

We do have a home owners association which has a fee that is due once a year. The Board Members are elected every 2 years during our Annual Meeting in February held at the Outer Loop Government Building (Outer Loop and Vaughn Mill) until further notice. Monthly Board meetings are held "at the shop" the second Monday of every month at 7:00pm at the 7512 Appletree Way. Go to the rear multicar garage building. Monthly meetings are held there. All Apple Valley residents are welcome to attend. Just call one of the Board Members to confirm the location.

If you need help with a problem, need information, or would like to volunteer your time, please feel free to contact any board member. You may also address any concerns that you have in writing and forward a signed copy to a board member. The board member will bring the concern to the next board meeting and the issue will be addressed.

As mentioned above there are deed restrictions in the development, and they should have been attached to your deed at closing. If by some chance you did not receive these, NOW all of the copies are on this web site. Just make sure you look at the copy for your section. Please notice that each section of the neighborhood has their own set of deed restrictions. They are not the same throughout the neighborhood. Be aware!!

Again, we’d like to welcome you to Apple Valley. We hope you like your new neighborhood and enjoy your new home.

Trash Pick Up

Garbage is collected by several independent companies and is the responsibility of the individual property owner. Ask a neighbor for recommendations.

Home Owners Association

The development has a Property Owners Association, as stated in your deed restrictions, and has an annual homeowner’s maintenance fee of $150.00 payable before March 15th of the current year. This amount maintains the medians throughout the subdivision, provides street lighting and a special fund for snow removal.
