Upon the arrival of slippery driving conditions due to ice or snowfall, salt is applied to the first 100’ of the main entrance and exit drives of Apple Valley Subdivision.

Upon a phone call from an Apple Valley Board member, salt will be applied to the slopes of Cortland Drive, including the paved median at the base of the slopes.

Upon a phone call from an Apple Valley Board member, salt will be applied to the slopes of Cortland Drive, including the paved median at the base of the slopes and all stop sign areas in the subdivision.

Upon a phone call from an Apple Valley Board member, salt will be applied to the sloped entrance of Braeburn Ridge Drive, including the intersection of Braeburn Ridge Drive and Braeburn Circle.

Upon a phone call from an Apple Valley Board member, snow is plowed to the sides of all roads and designated areas in the cul-de-sacs within Apple Valley Subdivision. Also to be plowed are the paved medians in the main roads.
