Missed the 2/03/00 meeting concerning the new condos. & businesses on Central between Vernon & Encanto. Is the city willing to make Encanto a feeder to 7th Ave.

Is this the reason for all the delays in the round-abouts? Very worried that the city officials may sacrifice this street. Any thoughts....

Encanto must be closed

We need a letter campaign for closure...
as I heard someone say at the Willo meeting, It's up to the home owners who live on Encanto.... many of the other streets are already closed.
