Is there any type of Christmas light tour we can organize?

I have never organized one before, but it seems we could just post a certain time and day, that we all turn on our x-mas lights. Perhaps it would encourage our friends and neighbors to come out of there houses and wish everyone a happy holidays. Just because the city doesn't seem to want a small town community it doesn't mean we can't have one in WPTC.
