Responding to the ''Loser'' article in the most recent Watch, here is my definition of a loser.....YOU. Where do you get off saying what you did about the people who don't take care of their property as being LAZY. Has it ever crossed your mind that some of the people may work two jobs and can't find the time, or those people who may be disabled; there are other valid reasons out there. You are judging someone when you say they are LAZY and you are not GOD. To you it may be ''drug paraphenalia'' cause you assumed that is its purpose. Remember what ''ASSUME'' stands for: Making an ass out of you and me. Granted we have an idea what ''drug paraphenalia'' could be used for......but as long as businesses are selling it, who are we to conclude what it used for. That is the purchaser problem not ours to judge one by. Also if it were illegal do you think that those businesses would still be in business? NOT......... Lastly, here is my definition of a loser.......anyone who wants to classify themselves in this category. Which no person in their right mind would want to. In my eyes there are no losers, would you like it if someone decided to call you a loser? I DON'T THINK SO, especially when they don't know you.......GET MY POINT. You don't know these people personally, and to attack them like you have is immoral. You may the right to freedom of speech, but to degrade others, assume what you want without know who these people are tells me who you are. To be ''judged'' is not your JOB, unless

Wow! I read the article ''Definition of a Loser'' and I thought it was GREAT!!!! It CLEARLY states that people who are LAZY don't take care of their yards. It's common knowledge that Westown Watch has provided assistance for people who are elderly or disabled but the LAZY people are different. I work 2 jobs and have 4 kids and still find time to mow my lawn. If that is so hard put gravel down.You must be a renter and not a homeowner. As far as the drug paraphenalia goes you must be a user if you are for it being in our neighborhood or have no kids or just IGNORANT of what it is used for.I, like MANY of my fellow residents APPLAUD this article and PITY the people who are so defensive when these subjects are brought up. They must hit them close to their heart. Someday when you have better morals, maybe you will see the light.

In response to the 1st person in this feedback. Get an apartment preferably in someone else's neighborhood. It's people like you that bring down neighborhoods. Not only did I love the article but I am not a COWARD and hide behind an anonymous to say what I felt.Keep up the GREAT work Westown.
