Anyone know what can be done to block the service ways to the alleys? Kids use the service ways as shortcuts to and from school. It's only a matter of time before some pedophile hides in the alley to grab kids. I've also seen adults cutting thru the service ways to get to a local ''drug house''. This needs to stop! But I don't know what can legally be done. Any advice??

Such a sore spot for so long and you are correct. This is an issue that has been talked about for quite awhile. I will approach the city to get a representitive from the dept who is in charge of that and have them at the next meeting in August. Hope to see you there.
