Does any one know the process for dumping Kachina, I know we are able to. We all need to get on board with this and follow through. They are worthless money hungry blood suckers.

I am curious as to how often this community manager, Brett Lang, or who ever it is now actually drives the neighborhood looking for compliance issues?

Also, how can the board meet on a quarterly basis and manage this community the way it needs to be? I was VP on a board for 3 years and we met every month. There's way too much going on to NOT meet more frequently. Maybe it they were doing their job then they can make sure that Kachina is doing theirs. I don't know about you but I would think that for 117/quarter I'd get more from my management company especially given their contact fees.

Kachina is under contract with the Castlegate BOD, so whoever has that contract would see what the cancelation policy is. I agree, I've had my trach-can in front of my house for almost a year waiting for my letter!!

So let me understand, it is people like you who leave your trash can out in front of your house for a year. I guess you are one of the lazy ones out there who can not bring it in.
