I thought there were some previous discussions on this board. What happened to them? Were they removed just because some people actually don't like living here?

Circletree is a dump. I just moved last month after watching that complex go from bad to worse. The HOA is a bunch of crooks who have done barely any improvements on the property over the past few years, but the property has continued to deteriorate. Dues are raised the max 5% every year and they had to pass an assessment to get the walkways half-ass done. Crime continues to occur in the complex. People to go the city of mesa police website and look at the number of police calls for Circletree-its one of the highest in the city.

One building of this complex burned to the ground last month. Too bad the whole complex didn't go down in flames-it would have been an improvement to the city.
