I think the people who have these extra loud sound systems put them in for other people to hear.They think there cool.
Arizona dosn't even make you get your car inspected when its changing ownwership.Some other states do.If they don't check to see if a car has a tailpipe before its registered,I can't believe you will hear an end to cars and sounds.
