DLC AS A LANDSCAPE PROVIDER AND/OR UPKEEP SERVICE IS A FAILURE.

JUST LOOK AROUND AND SEE THE DETERIORATION OF OUR GROUNDS, SIDEWALKS AND TREE FOLIAGE. THIS IS NOT A CASE OF TO MUCH PLANTED NOR TO MANY VARIATIES,
IT'S A CASE OF NO REAL EXPERIENCE AND CARE. DOLLARS ARE DRIVING THIS LATEST PICK OF A LANDSCAPER AND THOSE THAT CHOSE DLC HAVE LITTLE OR NO EXPERIENCE IN FINDING, INTERVIEWING AND PICKING A SUPPLIER.
OUR PROPERTIES ARE DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY WHAT ONE SEES AS THEY DRIVE THROUGH OUR AREA AND OURS IS GOING DOWN HILL RAPIDLY.

I'VE WATCHED DLC IN ACTION AND IT'S SCARY LET ALONE PRODUCTIVE.

Landscape Companies

While I do not live in your community (I live in Arrowhead Sunrise) I can understand your concern. It is quite a challenge to find a caring and competent landscaper. Unfortunately it is sometimes a trial and error process and you dont always get what you paid for. We have had the most expensive to the most reasonable companies and saw little difference. A bit of advice when searching for a new landscaper (for those who show up to give you a bid). It is so important to ask for references and actually call them. Most of these references will give an honest opinion. Also, contact the BBB and the Registrar of Contractors to make sure there are not any violations or outstanding issues (that impact your decision). Currently we are using Western Landscape and have been very happy with them. However, its necessary to have good communication and an understanding of what you want from the landscaper, and vice versa, so they have a chance to prove themselves. Good Luck!
