A/C Bills...

Posted in: Casitas at Park Centre
Hello! I think I may have a problem with my A/C bill and was curious as to what other resident's bills are at. I just got my bill and it was $174 for a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath. I keep my air at 80 and sometimes higher...never lower. Last year, the wattage used was 19.14 and this month it's 51.63...I used more this month than last month and my air was set higher this month. I'm really confused and not sure what to do, but I've never had a bill this high. I just would like to know what other's are at and how they have their A/C set. Thank you!!! Also, should I call City of Mesa or an A/C person?!
A/C is high

City of Mesa had a rate substantial rate increase. I have a 2/2 upstairs unit with the high vaults, my bill was $190. I keep my air aet at 82 when not there and wen at home at 79. The costs are ridiclous.

A/C Bills

I'm in a 960 sq. ft. unit, upstairs, really high vaults. My bill was $150 last month.I too keep it 80 or above, and turn it off when I go to bed and use fans.Higher rates and higher heat makes for bigger bills. Not to mention no insulation in these units.
