Arlington Pointe was built in 2004. The traditional style of homes sold quickly compared to nearby subdivisions with all homes occupied in 2005.
Along with some native Georgians, Arlington Pointe Way boasts a diverse neighborhood of Southern "implants" from New England, Michigan, Switzerland, Florida and New York, to name a few!
The small number of homes in the subdivision makes it easier for the neighbors to get to know each other. And the beauty of the neighborhood is apparent as you drive down the street viewing the different colors of brick that compliment some of the intricate stone work that was used to build our beautiful homes.

The neighborhood residents elected the first Board members in 2005. These members included:
President - Greg Frye
Treasurer - Wallace Ziprik, III
Secretary - Charles Hairston
This board did a fantastic job by establishing all the processes and by making sure that we saved money in our budget to give us a cushion for future expenditures.
At the end of 2007, a new board was elected.
President - Jeanne Pete
Treasurer - Sam Harvey
Secretary - Janice Stultz
Our goal is to be fiscally responsible with the budget while enhancing the look of the neighborhood. Secondary to that - we want to enhance communication and bring us all together as neighbors throughout the year.
