Arrowhead Ranch Phase I

I don't think a Christmas party is a proper use of association money. The party is attended by only a small fraction of the dues paying homeowners. It is a nice event but can't those interested pay for it themselves? The board should be looking for ways to cut costs. Here is one expense that should be cut.
