Arrowhead Ranch Phase I

Glendale needs to either elimated the monthly loose trash pickup or amend it to only 2 or 3 times a year. Every 3 weeks the area looks like a dumping ground. Residents are placing trash out way before the scheduled time allowed and in some cases not tying up or cutting the trees and branches to the required size, leaving a mess in the streets. There seems to be a lack of cleanup on some residents part which is disrespectful to those who do. The Board needs get out and travel our streets during this time and take notes and address this problem.
