Why does the house on 4045 W. Runion Dr. get to change there landscaping whenever they want. It has no flow with the neighborhood. The grass is never watered, they have pine trees and a garbage looking garden in front of there house. Explain to me, I thought we had to run plans thru your office to have it look nice and not peiced together.
