Asbury Place is located in the popular University Area, minutes from Highland Creek and Concord Mills Mall. It can be accessed easily by both I-77 and I-85. Asbury Place offers two distinct villages of homes plus a neighborhood tot lot and walking trail.

Asbury Place consists of 182 homes (126 homes in Oakcrest and 56 homes in Birchcroft).

Directions to community: From Charlotte, I-77 North to exit 18. Go right on Harris Boulevard, travel 1.6 miles and turn left on Highway 115. Go 1.6 miles and turn right on Eastfield Road. Asbury Place is 2.4 miles on the right.
