Volunteer Committees and Descriptions

Board Members

  Duties:

     - Attend all community-wide meetings and share updates with neighbors

     - Act as liaison between residents in your immediate vicinity and the AHCA officers

Special Events Committee
   Duties:

     - Prepare & hide eggs and goody baskets for Easter Egg Hunt

     - Coordinate the Halloween Parade and setup candy station after parade

     - Plan other events as needed

     - Take pictures of the events and post to FB

Block Captains
Welcome new residents, visit neighbors on your block to encourage them to pay their dues.  Also ask neighbors if they have any questions or concerns about Ashbourne Hills.

Auditors

Volunteer to audit the AHCA checkbook.  Audits are done once a year.
