its is pretty bad when the ppl running this associtation have to hide behind a mmgt company to due their dirty work. Instead of being nit pickers and sending out ass hole letters your time should be more focuses to keep the value up in here should be the roofs that have missing shingles or look like a checker board.  the landscaping and the driveways.  Stupid letter abt a cover thats behind my fence does not take away from property value.  Focus on the things that decrease property value such as things mentioned above.dont waste the time to send stupid letters abt a cover cause it is not going to change anything.  this neighborhood has really gone down hill since certain so called friends took it over.  The acting and using this title and acting like they have power is completly ridiculous. You know what you might say well if I dont like it, then move.  HAHA not happining, cause im hear to and will not move cause i get more satisfaction by  being a pain in ur side. So you get over it and if u dont like it, then i say to you, you should or can move. Quit being a bunch of cofee click talking behind our back and build back a community and friendship that will do more than anything in the long run.  Nottiham harbor should not be viewed as a place thats ppl are not friendly because of the mgt of the association..  Oh by the way yea its me Kevin, dont like my post come see me to my face and lets talk.
